One of the most diligent and professional agents I have ever worked with! Fantastic communication and follow through too. In my particular deal she was also not afraid to tromp raw land with her clients, or drive 5 hours round trip to expedite some paperwork for a lot split when the County agencies dropped the ball! Most Buyers / Sellers will only work with a real estate agent 2 or 3 times over the course of their home ownership, but I buy and sell real estate for a living and have probably had hundreds if not thousands of interactions with agents, and I can promise you this one is different!
